Lion CountrySafari

Lion Country Safari is a happening place! First, we drove through different sections that represented parts of Africa and watched elephants, lions, monkeys, zebras, rhinos and lots more in their natural habitat. After eating a picnic lunch, we ventured out to a paddle boat ride. Everyone had to wear a life jacket. Ana Maria is very still in this picture but while Eduardo and Rosie were pedaling the boat she kept moving from the front to the back.

Eduardo was feeding the hungry fish and they were quite active with their mouths wide open. Sarah and Ana Maria were amazed at the size of the fish.

The day even included a narrated pontoon boat ride. We learned that Lion Country Safari is open 365 days a year!

Ana Maria chose the elephant to ride on with her Grandmom. It went up and down and all around.
